ISKCON Perambur Sri Sri Nitay Gauranga Mandir is located in heart of North Chennai. The centre has metamorphosed and grown to become a platform for devotional service under the divine instructions and guidances of HH Bhanu Swami Maharaj, HH Jayapata Swami Maharaj and many other senior devotees. Daily Srimad Bhagwatam and Srimad Bhagavad Gita lectures are held in morning and evening respectively along with periodic spiritual sessions and seminars.

Besides lectures, devotees engage themselves in the loving service of the presiding lordships Sri Sri Nitay Gauranga everyday through deity worship according to the pancharatra agama. Everyday five aratis and five naivedhya bhog offerings are done to the Lord along with opulent dressing and services making it no lesser than any big ISKCON temples across the globe.

The temple building also has an elaborate transcendental book stall, a brahmachari ashram for all full-time devotees serving the Lord and a temple hall for holding all activities. There is a weekly feast on every Sundays from 6pm to 8pm which attracts a huge number of devotees. ISKCON Perambur has also designed multiple Bhakti Vriksha groups to meet the practical spiritual needs of people from all walks of life in a homely atmosphere. A children’s forum under the name of Bhakta Prahlad Sunday School has been carved out by ISKCON Perambur and invites children and their parents on every Sundays to come forth and harness this golden opportunity for the betterment of their children. Some frequent programs are organized for youth in the temple as well as in various educational institutions. Annual festivals such as Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Ratha Yatra, Sri Radhastami, Sri Gaura Purnima, Govardhan Puja, Srila Prabhupad Vyasa Puja are celebrated grandly attracting hundreds of people.
