ISKCON as an organization has more than 400 temples worldwide. ISKCON of Harrisburg (Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple & Cultural Center) has been serving the Pennsylvania community since 2018.

We are involved in conducting regular community programs and Bhakti-yoga festivals, youth development programs (including at Rutgers University), systematic presentation and application of Bhagavad-gita in personal life, and many more!

ISKCON of Harrisburg shares the message of Gaudiya-Vaishnava sampradaya with the community of ISKCON Harrisburg. Philosophically, it is based on the Sanskrit texts Bhagavad-gita and the Bhagavat Purana, or Srimad Bhagavatam. These are the historic texts of the devotional bhakti yoga tradition, which teaches that the ultimate goal for all living beings is to reawaken their love for God, or Lord Krishna, the “all-attractive one”.

The Sunday festival, science of bhakti-yoga, Krishna kids program, dramas, dance, pure vegetarian cuisine, samskaras, home gatherings, and japa conference are just some of services offered by us.

​We aim to make the new temple facility offer a spiritual university for systematic study of bhakti-yoga, an educational institution to encourage spiritual and moral values for children and youth, a yoga center to share the art of mantra meditation, and much more!

Our recently acquired temple at 6200, Bedford Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17111 opens its arms to everybody.

Bhakti Yoga strives to create a spiritual community in the Harrisburg area where we can recharge, reconnect, and rediscover ourselves through the practice of Bhakti Yoga, or yoga of the heart. Join us every week for a full program on Sunday that offers:

❖ Intellectual discussions on spirituality, science of self-realization, conscious living and diet

❖ Mantra meditation

❖ Kirtan, an ancient participatory music experience

❖ Vedic school full of learning and devotion. Spiritual activities for children that includes teachings based on Vedic scriptures, mantra recitation, Sanskrit shlokas, bhajans, Hindi class, drawing, games

❖ And a sumptuous vegetarian feast (dinner) made with love!
